this is the intake with spacers I built for fuel rails




this is the lenght of the spacers



this is the water pump and the snout turned to face the water resevior



this is the material I started with to make 1" spacer to move out throttle body




and the finish product




this is what it looks like installed behind throttle body.

Looking good man...the fuel crossover pipe definitely gives you an idea how much higher the factory truck manifold is compared to the Weiand intake. Wonder if that can be replaced with an LS1/LS6 crossover that sits a little lower (just for asthetics)

well if it works then I will spend the money on fuel rails to get the crossover back to earth lol, right now I have about 538 bucks into the swap and need to spend another 30 for hoses and gasket material, maybe a few bolts here and there other than that its a done deal. thanks for the comps.

But wouldnt a TB spacer have worked also?

not with the BBK, this is a budget build, untill it proves itself lol.

well i'm temped to put it on tomorrow and just deal without powr steering for a week lol.
