Default Pics of new truck

Here's the truck as it sits now. 20% window tint in front, 2 coats of Zaino (also clayed), Trenz billet grille, Belltech 2" springs in front and 2" drop shackles in rear. 2" spring hangers are on the way and the wheels will be ordered next week

Impresive ! Looks great, when you get the wheels, get a couple of shots on concrete so we can see the lowered stance better. looks like you and Tony are in a competition to see who can get the most mods in a month. Who will the winner be.....

Yeah I was kind of in a hurry and all my washing junk was still in the driveway. When I get the wheels and the hangers for the rear, I'll get some shots on flat ground

Lookin' good Kristi! Ditch that black bug deflector and get a red painted one, it would look alot cleaner on that red truck. Can't wait to see it with the wheels on it.

Greg, I think I'll be done with appearance once I get the Denali grill. I also want to paint the red "GMC" inserts on the grill storm gray. I think that would look nice. So far, the most expensive appearance mod I've bought was the sportside bed, but its worth every penny

Very Nice...

I disagree with Nine Ball, I think the black deflector looks good (might look even better if you are planning on vent visors for the front windows)

Hehehe Randy, I think the black deflector only looks good on a black truck (like yours). I also do not like the vent visors either, they disturb the body lines of the roof, and make the door windows look shorter than the X-cab windows when looking at them from the side. I had them on my old Ranger, but never really grew to like them much. They do look okay on regular cab trucks in my opinion.

Sorry, I just like things to "match" on vehicles

Vent visors, I can take them or leave them. I do have them on my truck but was thinking about taking them off, as they serve little purpose IMO. I do NOT like the ones for the rear windows, they look silly with the angle because of the pop out window. I have a bug shield, but I leave it off unles I'm taking a long trip.

We at least agree one 1 thing, no vent visors on the rear windows. I was never a big fan of them either until I rode in a friends truck in a fairly good shower with the windows down and didn't get wet. Both my trucks have been dark (charcoal and black), so that might make a difference on the looks too.

I have never really been a fan of the lowered truck look until I started looking following some of the signatures on this forum. I personally don't like the "totally slammed" 1/2 inch off the ground look, but trucks like Kristi's and Fast 4.8's are really appealing.
