i was givin you a hard time man... pull the panties outta your crack... that is a much better picture. there is some room to play there... just need to find someone to do it and do it right. what is the origin of these manifolds?

Honestly i have no idea where or what they actually came from.. I have seen some on ebay that go for $300+... Oh and there is definately alot of stuff to smooth out...

yea, that ridge in there has got to go... I'd love to have one to put in the mill at work... I need to learn to use it on stuff like thiat.

a mill wont work that great on that!! you need good ole' elbow grease.

hey black - man you need to get on Mcmaster Carr and get you some 6" burr bits, they have like 10 different styles. you may already have some! but i noticed a 2" dont work that well, because you cant see what your doing very good

we mill plastic all the time... works GREAT... just have to know how to do it... I wouldn't reccomend doing it yourself unless you have "real" porting knowledge... ofcourse being a $30 part its no big loss if/when you screw it up...

by the time you got that thing all setup in the mill i could have so much done to that thing.

Ive ported countless throttle bodies, 2 Fast intake manis, 2 sets of LS6 heads, 4-wheeler heads, so i have some experience. I know that milling a part like this isnt the right choice, since you would have to setup so much and the wrong cut would mean the worst.
