keyz6.0, do your lpp's have the scavenger spike in the collector? Any idea how long they're on sale? Thanks.

I have had the PS long tubes on mine for about 6-7 months now. No problems. Im in NE Florida and with you beeing so close I don't think you will have a problem with them. They don't have a reason to salt the roads here in FL and in SE Ga you won't have much of a problem either. I would say run them!

Had a set of obx's on my old vho... I had to make a plug wire that wouldnt get burnt on the header and the connection to the stock exhaust was clocked a few degrees off from factory as well as o2 locations were a bit of a stretch. Also it seemed to me that the crossover pipes were very thin, but i have no basis for comparison. The obx's will rust especially the crossover pipes! I got mine right when they first made a set for my truck so maybe their fit and finish has improved i dont now but they did sound real nice and looked good. i didnt lie where they had to piece one of the primarys for the driver side but that was it. What do you expect for the money? I had them for 5 years and never had a problem once i got the plug wire situation fixed and i never hooked an exhaust up to them so the fit to the factory exhuast never really mattered much to me. just my opinion

Kooks 1-7/8 to 2" vs the Pacesetters. BTW, the Pacesetters were installed for over 6 years and I live on the Gulf Coast. They don't look bad at all for what they are.

I believe the plugs will still be easy to change its just that the factory plug boots are straight and i had to put a 90 degree and a 45 degree boot on the wire ends but i cant remember which wire got what boot #5 i want to say needed a 90 degree boot. I cant remember now its been so long. Either way changing plugs with obx headers shouldnt be a problem. Just fit and finish. FYI i had a vho which is same exhaust as SS so the exhaust never actually had a y in it untill after the factory muffler so it was true dual all the way to the muffler. the way the o2 bungs that were located in the "y pipe" made it impossible to line up one of the tubes to the exhaust. The o2 sensor would have been rubbing the frame to get it all to line up properly. That "ypipe" set up was like 5 different puzzle pieces that all slip fit together and i could either get the pipes to line up with the factory exhaust and let the o2 sensor rub against the frame causing problems or i could keep the factory exhaust unbolted and let the 02 sensor have room between it and the fram. I chose to leave the exhaust unbolted until i could get it fixed and never got around to it.
