Default Pic of Meth Setup

At 10lbs blower boost. I installed 2 Nozzles to keep IAT's down. Still deciding on intercooler.

Cool

That looks good. I have the STS so I put the tank where the stock air box used to be. I have a 2.5 gallon tank and it goes down fast enough when I am running it hard. I am running the M15 nozzle which has a flow rate of about .25 GPM and comes on at 4 psi. Keep an eye on the level in your tank. Mine does not have the progressive controller or dual nozzles. Those features look very nice. Let us know how you make out with it. Did you relocate your IAT sensor between your nozzles and your TB so your PCM will get accurate IAT readings?

I am running winter windshield washer fluid ( 40-50% meth ) so far and it seems to lower IATs about 7* below the starting IAT and then going up 10* above the starting IAT of 111* on a 17 second run. My O2 sensor voltage readings are up about .05 to .920 at the start of the run leaning out to about .860 at the end of the run and again about .05 higher than without the meth. This is at 6.5 psi. At 8.7 psi I am seeing the IAT drop about 3* and rise about 20 * above the starting IAT of 102* and seeing O2 voltages of about .895 at the start of the run down to .840 at the end of a 17 second run.

Hey V, I think I need to install that setup on mine. I am going to try to fab up a intercooler for mine using a LS6 intake. It should be all kinds of fun, but if I get it finished it should be a good setup.

The Snow kit is excellent. It is a progressive kit so I can change the settings to activate the ramp based on the boost setting. The controller mounted in-dash makes it very convenient. I recently tapped into the washer bottle so the additional 2 quart bottle is a backup.

It is an excellent safeguard for detonation especially at 10lbs boost!

By spring I will be intercooled, either they will come out with one or I am going to start making one. Another thing, mine feels kinda slugish below 3000. Still trying to figure out why.

I've got the exact same kit for my KB, haven't installed it yet. I see you are injecting pre-supercharger. I was going to tap into the big steel elbow right before the TB. If you don't mind my asking, what made you decide to go pre-S/C?

I actually tried installing post blower and found that there wasn't enough room to atomize the mist properly and get a good IAT reading at the same time. The meth got onto the IAT sensor and gave false readings. Secondly when the engine was in vacuum it started to suck up the meth under normal operating conditions. You'll definitely need a solenoid valve to prevent that from happening. Also the meth also cools the blower which is quite the barbecue grill according to a few of the members here!

Good Luck
