Default performance difference?

Information wanted.....

I have 02 silverado with 4.8l in it now. I'm looking to buy a crate motor from gm lq9. I believe that most everything will switch from block to block but will performance be lost in doing this???? Also any possible problems with switching items between engines???

Thanks

On the gmperformacepart that listing number is discontinued... I got price from the factory...
Sorry for being a little vague on the top question.. I know the difference from motor to motor will be great. I was asking if the parts that I would be reusing from the 4.8 would limit the HP of the lq9?

The link was typed wrong. It's www.gmperformanceparts.com and they still have the LQ9 listed. Couldn't find a price though.
