What size cams are you guys running in with a N/A 408ci
I am having a custom cam made and I am just trying to get a ball park of what you guys are coming up with for different sizes. I am thinking of something in the hi 230's/ and low 240's with a lift around .560's so I can run z06 springs to help keep the valve train noise to a min.
I will be running the stock truck intake ( I know ,I know I am just going for the stealth
look) and will be running a 100-150 wet shot on top of that.

i don't think the truck intake holds it back like everyone thinks and this is my opinion, my buddy has a rcsb 2003 with a 408, his cam is a 232/236 with like a 630ish lift, not too sure tho, but with truck intake and stock injectors he put down 423rwhp, and his injectors are maxed out of course, and don't get me wrong i know that a different intake will help but i just don't think the truck intake hurts it like everyone makes it out to be....

If you'd be happy with 380-400rwhp, get a 6.0L and spend that extra $2000+ elsewhere. A full bolt-on cam 6L w/ stock 317s and truck intake will get you that.
