Are the PCM's the same for a 4.3 s-10 and a 4.8 silverado?? Will it increase the power in the 4.3 to have the 4.8 PCM or is it gonna hurt it?

They're not at all the same! One's a V8 for Christ sake's!!

It will hurt it, in the sense that the truck won't run or even start.
