Default PCMFORLESS policy..do I have this right?

I was looking at the pcmforless site and it says that if I send my pcm in than I will get it back in 1-2 business days. Does this mean that I can just send them my pcm with a 250 dollar check and not have to worry about any core fees?

If thats the case, I don't mind not having the pcm around b/c the truck will be disabled for a couple of days anyway for the cam swap.

You are correct. If you send him your PCM and $250 he will send you back a tuned computer.

And the PCm that will be returned will be your original PCM that has been reprogrammed and not a core. Even though I correct the vin numbers in the core/exchange PCM's it is important to some that they keep their original.
Thanks,
Bryan

Sounds like a good deal. How good are you at programing for a setup like i have? Heads, cam, all the bolt ons, ect......

I'm kinda iffy on mail order tunes, no offence.

On my 95Z28 with P&P heads, bored .040 over, with a custon grind cam(234/241 dur, 578/596 lift on a 111) with SVO 30lb's and 3.73's and the car had the drivability of a hotcam with tons of power. I doubt that the trucks would that much different. I think that all of the tuners on this site would be very good, but $250 seems like a better price to me.

I run a cam in my own Silverado SS that should be very similar to the LPE cam and as small as both of our cams are it is not a difficult tune at all.
Ironically I run the TR224 cam in my 2000 Vette, so other than me not having a blazer we are running similar setups on our vehicles
