Wasn't it you with the 3/4 ton truck or equivalant that had the wierd shifting? On the 1-2 shift after the shift it would feel like it slowed down then would pick back up?

If it was you, I think I found out what it was. The stock shift tables for the 80e have the converter lock in 2nd at 45 mph under WOT condition. I thought it was strange.

I think Parish had this problem too, but I guess he figured it out.

sorry man, it wasn't me. i have the stock 60e. i am sure someone will come on and figure out it was them.

Hrmm ... I kmonw it was someone with a white truck I think. Oh well, at least it wasn't anything important, just something informative.
