the obx headers look nice but I didnt like them rubbed on fram and on cross member I priced a set of pacesetters on ebay for 262 for painted and a y pipe for 152 way better than obxs and may not match but your fitment a performance will be better grand total was 415 compared to 525 for obxs

Time for an update. I installed these today. Took about 4 hours with a lunch break and a beer break. Will be taking the truck in later this week for the rest of the exhaust fab/install.
I ordered these ones:

Fit was great. There was a little protrusion on the bellhousing of my 80E that needed to be ground down a bit. Lots of clearance for the O2 sensors and good space from the front driveshaft.

Primaries are 1 5/8" i.d., collectors are 3". Very nice headers. Sounds pretty mean dumped right out the collectors for now...

Here's the old pass side manifold. Think this could be the cause of my exhaust leak??? It's broken clean all around. Just the flange holding it together!

Looks good....Are you planning on some sort of slip fit to the cats, flanges, or just a straight weld?

What are your plans for muffler, tips, & exit?

No cats. 2.5" pipe with a resonator in each to a DI/SO 22" Magnaflow exiting in the stock tailpipe location.
Slip fit on the collectors with band clamps.

Dan (DV2000NJ) has those same headers...they're basically the truck OBX's without the silly hump
