Well everything is in place now. I still kept the egr since I havnt gotten a tune yet. But the headers cam with the block off plate for the EGR delete. Really only problems I had were raising the headers up from the bottom. Best if you remove the plugs and toe panel heat shields. I did have a hard time unbolting the factory y-pipe from manifolds tho. A few hours later, with some wd40, silicone spray, 1' long socket extension with a cheater pipe and those bitches came loose lol. All in all, I love the sound of the headers. I have a small exhaust leak but not much longer. It really helped the 40 series sound better(which is coming off anyways) the off road y pipe does have built in 02 bungs for rear sensors so the simulators arnt a need. The truck feels like it wants to stay in throttle tho now. It doesnt decelerate as fast.
I'm happy with the headers and ORY pipe tho. MANY THANKS TO PACESETTER and Texas Speed and Performance

installed mine today even though they will be coming back off. I must say open header sound is aswome. My edelbrocks sounded a little funny but these pace setters sound great. After I get the tranny issue solved I will put my flowmasters back on and see how it goes from there.

Put mine in yesterday and it sounds great threw my 3" Magnaflow. Going to the dyno tuesday to re-tune and see how much more HP I can squeeze out of her.
BTW I think it should clear a 4/6 drop easy. None of it hangs lower then the front end or cross-member.

Oh, great! LTs that I can afford! After I am done with my T56 swap, I was going to get a bed cover, but I sold my shorties a couple month ago to buy LT. I don't know what to buy now!

What should I do? AWW!

I will post up the before and after LT dyno numbers tomorrow after I get it tuned. It pulls hard at WOT and sounds great. I think there is more HP to be had after I get it on the dyno and find out where my AFR is. Smells like its running a little rich now the LT's are on.

Any LT's for a Z71 tahoe yet? I assume if LT's won't fit a 4wd pickup, they won't fit a 4wd tahoe. Also, can the LT's y-pipe be welded in to the stock exhaust, or do the locations not match up?

Here it is, the before and after dyno of my Pacesetter long tubes with OR-Y. Picked up 16 HP and 16 ft-lbs of torque. Not to bad considering I am still running stock air box, tube, and filter. I figure I can squeeze out a few HP with a CAI.
