what is that y-pipe, is it from tsp, if so whats the part number, I'm ordering my LTs tuseday. also, what do the 02 sims cost and do i need 2 or just one????

 

Yes that is the y-pipe from TSP part # 66-82-1175 . The O2 sims come in pairs part # 75-104033

 

how much did that setup cost, shipped, I was quoted 25 shipping on the headers, if the y-pipe isnt oversized I couldnt see that being too bad and the sims are nothing.

 

I'll be looking to go Pacesetter LT's as well, as soon as I can sell my Gibson shorty headers...however long it takes.

Two things: first, anyone have a set of o2 sims they want to sell me???
second, talkin to a friend who installed ceramic headers in a camaro, he said they scractch easily and basically instantly rust, how are the pacesetters for durabliity????

 

The question we all need to be asking ourselves is, do they fit 4wd's??

 

No they dont. The Thorleys are your best bet for 4w if you dont want to spend an assload on headers.

how much labor is involved in the pacesetter lt, ory and sims.....estimated?
I have a lift at my shop...i know this is a dumb question but im asking it anyway...should i use the lift for the header install then the ory!!

 

Use a lift for sure. I installed the pass side header from the top, it went in easier then it would have from the bottom. The drivers side header I installed from the bottom, I unbolted the steering shaft from the steering gear and it went right in with no problems at all.
