Default Pacesetter long tube headers info ??

Well I'm going to be ordering my pacesetter LT's tomorrow and I need some info first. Who has them? How much? Part #? I want to get the y-pipe with it that way its an easier installation, is there a part # for that as well and how much for it? Will there be anything else I'll need to install these? I'm going to get Fel-pro copper gaskets is that a good idea? Will I need to modify my O2 sensors at all? Any info will help thanks.

Hey jow02327, I noticed in your sig. that you have your pacesetter and y-pipe on order along with borla high flow cats. People at getonitracing.net are saying that you have to remove your cats if you install the LT's. Is that true? I was wanting to get the pacesetters LT's and the off road y-pipe and then have my stock cats welded in place in the off-road y-pipe. I don't want to mess with 02 sensors? Is that what you are planning to do? Do I have to have the o2 sensor wires extended so they will reach the new location? Thanks

the front ones will work. but i am going to run the new cat after the y pipe and eliminate the rear 02 sensor's thanks to NELSON tuning. you might beable to use the factory cats but that is like buying a race car and only runing half throttle. new cats are about 60+shipping a piece on ebay so spend a little more and go all out

If you are going to use cats I would just buy some high flow cats, install your longtubes and take the cats and your truck to an exhaust shop and let them fab your Y-pipe and install your converters.. It wont cost as much as you think.. Exhaust shop charged me $150.. And everything fits for my application. If you really are pressed for $ and you can find a muff shop that is willing, have them cut your old cats out and re-use them..
My $.02
