Default Pac 1215 or 1218

Ok just picked up a new pre-owned cam. Specs are 218/222 112+4 with. 587 lift. Need to decide on springs. Have read the spring rate on 1215 and 1218 are the same but 12q5 has lower opening pressure. Seeing as this is going in a sub 6k rpm Yukon, the 1215s would be better suited?

Its a Cam Motion custom grind. So I asked them the same question and they said they'd "like to me in in a Cam Motion .625. Looks the same as the 1219s. Question is why go higher lift and spring rate and pressure for a daily driver?

I see 5800 rpm once every 2 weeks if that, lol. Don't need high rpm valve control at low to mid rpm.

I must be one of the few people that ruined my engine because of a broken single coil valve spring . I'm sure it was just bad luck.
