Default P0401 Code

I'm getting the P0401 code...... DTC P0401 Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Flow Insufficient. I guess i'm asking what I need to do to fix this or if anybody else has had this same problem. Thanks for any help.

Kyle

Try cleaning the EGR valve. It should be coming off the front of the passenger side header/manifold and run up to the manifold close to the TB on the passenger side.

I was thinking about doing that, but i'm not sure what to use. Should I try spraying carburetor/throttle body cleaner on/in it to clean off the carbon??
