Non-availability of an intercooled version will keep most people away.

I'm 'not' seeing 9psi on my 5.3 with a 3.1" pulley on.

Just to clarify: I didn't say the radix would make more boost, but, I did say: radix will still see some boost and full boost sooner than an STS.

You still have to look at net power for the 6lbs of boost- the power it takes to produce the extra power and no supercharger can compete with a turbo in that arena. A turbo takes far less power to produce the same power as a supercharger, for a higher net RWHP, for the same amount, 6 lbs of boost. As the power level goes up the power to drive that supercharger also goes up far more than the turbo. The turbo truck would be able to spool up at the line with foot braking it, and leave quite hard, when is the last time you saw a Grand National leave easy at the strip. They lauch extremely hard in stock form. A friend's in his Grand National could rooll down the highway at 50 mph, hold the brake and gas at the same time, bring the boost up, release the brake while matting it at the same time and annihilate drag radials. Don't know many street vehicles that can accomplish that from a 50 mph punch. That is the power of a turbo vehicle and I am a Procharger owner so i am certainly not biased to turbos.

Good point - turbo boost is free, SC boost has an inherent cost in the form of the energy it takes to drive the SC.
