Default Oil Pan swap

What would be the problems with using a Camaro or Corvette oil pan on my 4.8 so I can get better ground clearance? Anyone using these on their trucks? Thanks for any help.

i didn't think the truck pans came down that far. i would imagine you would hit the framerails/kmember before you hit the oilpan....

My truck has a oil pan skidplate- would this bolt on to a lowered 2WD? If so it'd be way cheaper/easier than a pan swap. Just an idea.
