Default Oil Loss

I have an 02 5.3 with a Procharger and everything else on the motor is stock. I work offshore and only get to drive it 10 days a month. When I got home I started the truck and the check oil level light came on. So I check the oil and it is barely showing on the dipstick. I checked the pcv valve but it still pulled a vaccum and the engine don't smoke. I checked the ground and all over the engine and could not see where it could leak from. any ideas where the oil went.
