I think these guys are talking about transmission coolers. Not very many people run an oil cooler other than the stock one that comes on some of the HD trucks.

Go to the junkyard and get a factory setup otherwise youre looking at 170 for the fitting with thermostat then about 150 in -12AN fittings/line and another 100 or so for the heat exchanger. Why do you need an oil cooler?

BECAUSE THE 6.0 COMES WITH IT..my 4.8 didnt have one so i figured if the lines are there that means im suppose have it hooked up.....wont the ebay ones be enough why would i need a thermostat the way it is set up right now it runs to an external oil cooler right in front of the radiator the guy who did my swap installed it all i want is just better lines...because the ones i have now are leaking and cracked..

Only the 6.0 has an oil cooler ....the 4.8 and 5.3 didn't come with them.
