Default Oil on all spark plugs?

Decided to change the plugs today for *****, Im running the NGK TR6 gapped at .035 for the nitrous. Plugs were only in for 7 months and 3000 miles and all 8 plugs had some oil on the threads. Is this normal due to the PCV system. Truck runs Ok and no strange sounds or smoke?

How much oil are we talking about here? Like you can feel it on the threads, or you can actually see that the plugs are oil soaked?

I notice the same thing on my sparkplugs in all the engines I have used 4.8, 5.3, brand new 6.0, and 6.7, I check mine a least 2 times a month? I guess normal? I belive it is not oil but, normal carbon build up on plug threads and
some fuel seeping into threads?

No anti-sieze on NGK TR-55. I do not think it is oil, because there would be more oil around the ends of the plugs.
