I've had my OBX's on for about a week now. Definate performance improvement. The installation went very smoothly, no clearance issues, although my truck is 2wd. Like Truckman though, I have a very pronounced drone around 1800 RPM. I am looking into solutions, maybe a bullet muffler.

No cats here. The OBX's don't have cats. The drone was annoying for a while and I did install a stainless steel bullet type muffler in front of my magnaflow. It may have helped a little. It doesn't really bother me anymore. I think moslty I have just gotten used to it, (or I just tend to drive faster so I'm not in the drone zone) Aside from the adjustment I had to make to clear the front ds I am happy with them and so far have felt no ill effects from my adjustment. We'll just have to see what happens if I ever get my cam installed.

Here is a pic of the inside of the bullet/resonator I used.

They seem to fit the Silverado SS better as I know another guy who had zero clearance issues. Guess we will see.

Just put them on my 2wd and they're perfect. Only complaint is the drivers side primariy loops up and makes it difficult to get to the two rear plugs and wires. Also, I would highly recommend some hi temp sleeves for your plug wires due to the proximity to the headers on that side.

I have seen a few reports that they fit the SSS's with the AWD. I guess the front drive shaft in those must be in a different location than in my 4x4.
