Default O2 Sensor Problem, Again!!!

Yep that's right, that same problem I had before guys! Bank 2 sensor 2 dead again! The dealership is going to replace it again but this will be the last time. They are worried that GM might start looking into it and if they find out I have the aftermarket exhaust on there they could go back and charge the dealership for all the work...

Now on to the problem. They think it is something on that side getting to hot and burning up the sensor. It goes in and out of working but as of yesterday it show 0 on the computer, dead! the last 3 times it's set off the 'check engine light' I was doing exactly 68 mph??? They don't think it's a wire because it works for awhile then goes and not a ground problems because the other 3 sensors are fine...

So now what??? Is it possible that side is running hotter? Is there something else we're missing? Very frustrating and I would really like to get this solved...

Any help and/or ideas please let me know...

Thanks

Need a little more info....what year truck, what's the mileage, what mods, what's the exact code...etc. Could be a bum sensor, cat converter issue...or possibly a wiring problem, even though the dealer doesn't think so. The fact that it works, then doesn't...sounds like a wire making and losing contact.
