Default O2 Sensor? HELP PLS!

So I need the drivers side front sensor. Been told I can just swap left for right, but figured I'd buy one anyway. Here's what I found:
1. Dealer: $187.50
2. GMPartsDirect: #6.0l 03-05 Frnt Drvs: $110.88
3. AutoAnything: #3879342 (Bosch): $44.95 - free shipping
WTF?
