Default Nw 1022 dwb

I have a stroked ls1 in my 03 z71 it has the factory harness and lm7 now. Question is, is that I want to go with a NW 102 dbw will it plug into my current harness without mods or what? Would I have any IAC issues? Everything will obviously be retuned once the ls1 goes in.

Why go to such a huge throttle body when you can't flow that much air?

because it has the ability to flow that much air and it will be at high rpm for much of its life, 6k plus.

Your 03 z71 shouldn't have an IAC. It should be controlled by the blade, but there are some odd ***** out there. An X link should allow you to run it, Google it. What intake do you plan to run? A 90mm should work just fine for you. But hey whatever. How stroked is this LS1? I am guessing it's a 4" so 383. Unless you have some good heads and a big cam staying above 6k isn't going to be ideal.

It does have a very decent size cam and I have a lsxrt laying around so I planned on using it. I can pick up a 4 bolt 90mm but I also had the NW laying around that came with the fast intake along with a bunch of other random stuff. The new 90mm throttle bodies are 6 pin correct?

And a set of AFR's to back up the cam and intake its a mud truck so its not like it runs on the street, hence the high rpm

It will work fine on the fast truck 102 intake. Pretty much you are doing like a c5 conversion and will need the throttlebody and the 2 in to 1 plug caspers adapter. I have both in stock. Give me a call and can get you going. 1-800-456-0211 ext 353.

A mud truck that stays above 6000 rpm youre trying to bury it arent you?? I have had my truck in plenty of mudholes and spinning that fast the tires didnt have a hope in hell of cleaning themselves out, and would just dig!!
