Default NW 102 DBW Throttle Body Compatability

I'm getting ready to drop some money. I have a Holley 102 Hi-Ram on its way and I'm looking at a NW 102 DBW throttle body. I'm wondering what extra wiring or adapters I'm going to need to run this TB on my 2003 Sierra 1500 (already DBW). From what I've read and researched, it seems like an LS1 to LS2 TB adapter harness AND an X-link is needed to run this TB on my truck...can anyone confirm this? I haven't been able to find the answer to this question. Thanks!

You should only need the X-Link, LS1 to LS2 is the point of the X-Link and the NW 102 uses a LS3 TB motor (Same plug)

hmm ok. so whats so special about the X-Link that's $200+ and the LS1 to LS2 adapter harness (like on FASTs website), is only $50. Thank you very much for the help 03!!

The fast adapter still will not let the TB open 100% and the X-Link will. To the best of my knowledge, I never used a Fast adapter but others have and ended up with a X-Link. I have a X-Link.

I'm going to trust a fellow Pennsylvanian on this one!

Do you have a recommendation on the MAF?

truck in sig. hopefully it'll be turbo'd by the end of march. I've been in SD for a while now because its so hard to find time to tune. So0o0o no MAF required, I guess

Obviously if you are going to add a Turbo and Stay SD then you will have to be 2bar SD. Just make sure you relocate your IAT sensor if you remove the MAF.
