Default Not a V-8 but its a Silverado.........

My brother has a 99 silverado with a 4.3 V-6. It has no spark. What could cause this? We have replaced the coil, module, plugs, wires, cap and rotor. The only thing left I know of is the crankshaft position sensor and ECM. Anyone have any ideas?

I have you checked to make sure you have power to the coil?

Yeah. Have power to the coil, but no spark from the coil. Damned if I know.
