Default No spark.. Why??

trying to helpa buddy with his truck.. There is power to the coils and we are getting fuel. It appears we have no spark. Coil packs are grounded well. Checking map, crank and cam sensors with HP tuners, they are ok as well.

What am I over looking?

I'm assuming an LSx based build, any codes stored in the PCM?

Is this a stock truck, or a motor transplant into a different body style? If it's a transplant, was the computer tuned to turn off any and all VATS/Security/Passlock & DTC's?

Truck was originally equiped with a 5.3.. There was a swap done over a year ago to a 6.0 wiith an 80E. I did the segment swap for the 60E to 80E conversion with HP tuners. Truck was running great for the last year.

The motor went on it and got rebuilt with a small cam and some head work. Little things were done to it IE powder coating the valve covers (we ran a ground wire to the coil packs to ensure a solid ground). The motor was running 3 days ago. Only change from running motor, the intake was pulled off due to the intake sucking a bunch of oil. Intake was cleaned out and put back on. They tried turning it over with no luck.

They went through the power on the coils, MAP, Crank, Cam ect yesterday. When I got there today I double checked everything they already check. I decided to pull the plugs and they were soaked in fuel. We picked up a fresh set of plugs and tried to check spark with them (Plug out in the wire, grounded to the head), no luck. We put a spark plug tester in line as well with no luck. There is no spark.

I told him to pull the manifold off again and doulble check that the grounds that normally bolt to the heads are still intact ect. I'm at a loss..
