Default no pull in 3rd gear!

hey guys my truck has a problem once it hits 3rd it just stops pulling ive had it over 100mph plenty of times but it just lags really bad and noticed it at the track tues night my time was
60 ft 2.204
330 6.321
1/8 9.694
mph 73.11
1000 12.650

et 15.187
mph only 88.57
i feel im really good on low end but top end theres something slowing it down and im going though the traps at 5000 rpms in 3rd so the rpms are up
i have 4.8 jeremy flomato street tune, 456 gears, circle d stall ,volant intake ,
thanks 30 inch tire

I don't see a lot of supporting mods that would make a 4.8 fast on the top end.

yeah and 4.56 gears with a 30" tall tire isn't gonna result in huge top end power

what speed is your 2-3 shift?

88 mph 3rd gear at 5000 rpm just doesnt sound right.

transmission might be slipping..

your setup calculates 4495 rpm at 88mph 1:1 so unlocked that would seem reasonable,

you just need some more power
