No Drone Exhaust
2005 Silverado 2500 extended cab with 6.0 have tried different mufflers magna-flow and Flo master. Has true duels to muffler 2 in and 2 out both of these have so much drone it will make you not to want to drive it. Any help?

I did a hooker maxflow on my stock catback with Texas speed longtubes and cat less y. The maxflow is supposed to be quieter around town and louder at WOT which is why I got it. Overall I like it but it could use a small bullet muffler to help because it rattles around 3000-4000 at part throttle and sounds crappy to me in that area. At wot it sounds angelic!!!

The Black Widow mufflers sound similar to Flowmaster but better with less drone. The Volant exhaust is basically the Corsa dB now and is by far the least amount of drone with the best and most sound. The Volant is a lot cheaper than the Corsa sport too.

So Volant is a cheap corsa alternative?

Yes. Corsa/TMG owns Volant I believe. The Volant intake I just got has the Corsa logo on the instructions. The Volant exhaust is the same as the Corsa sport as far as I can tell but it is 409 stainless tubing instead of 304 and comes with a single slant cut tip instead of the dual tip. I have a Corsa dB and it is identical to a friend's sport and the Volant looks the same as the dB.
