Well that was it! With the correct O2 wire connected I am in Stoich and I managed 19.4mpg highway for 25 miles. HooRay!!

Honestly I spend very little time on the highway. Almost all of my driving is surface streets in stop and go traffic. I wish i had done 4.10's when I gear swapped, oh well. On the open road my mpg is pretty good when I stay out of it.

I have been SD for a long time, but recently tossed the MAF. SDCL when I have the right connectors to the right sensors...

everyone says 4.10s....I just dont know if I could live with 2200 rpms on the highway. I should have kept my stock muffler.
