In basic terms, copied from another forum. After taking a napkin and rubbing the inside of my intake manifold, i decided to get rid of the PVC stuff.

Put simply a catch can is an oil/air seperating system that goes in between your pcv system on your car to trap oil to keep it out of your intake and combustion chambers.

"Oil getting into the intake/combustion chambers will get baked on and reduce the efficiency of the engine and can also cause things like preignition/detonation which can ruin your engine over time... If your running a power adder like nitrous or forced inductions that pre ignition/detonation can ruin your engine a lot quicker ...

There are several catch cans out there, ours is coming out shortly and has been proven to be the most effective in research testing."

Mike Norris can. It's shocking how much oil this catches for every oil change.
