Default NNBS 5.3 throttle body upgrade

Hi all

as the title says what will be a good upgrade for my throttle body?

i think its 87mm since its a 5.3L (LY5)

a local workshop here told me that he upgrade the truck throttle to ls7 throttle

the problem is that no body do the porting job for the tb (i dont live in the US)

am trying to get the most of my engine since am gonna upgrade the cam and lifter

any suggestions?

New Era ported my TB for my WS6...I don't see why they would not port your TB. They are a sponsor on LS1TECH.COM

the problem is am not from the states

i can ship it to be ported easily but will end costing so much shipping to the US then porting and Shipping back to me so i estimate the total cost for porting with shipping to be 300+ $ / ls7 throttle body is around 280$ new from gmpartsdirect.com

i hope to find somebody who will do the porting locally

thanks

That is expensive, I paid $80 including shipping both ways.
