Does anyone have any pictures of either a modified throttle cable bracket for using a nitrous plate... or any pictures of the bracket used to move the throttle cable bracket forward?

 

Check out the brackets used for throttle body spacers. Should work perfectly. They're basically just a flat piece of aluminum with threads on one side for the throttle cable bracket bolts and holes on the other side for bolts to mount them to the intake.
