Here's a little story for ya: My cousin has a 93 Dakota with 200,000 miles on it. On motor it ran 14.9's. We decide to put a NX efi kit on it. We start off with a 75 shot. We were both scared we'd be walking home. Well he makes the pass with the 75 shot and nothing happened....other than a 13.90. So we figure " what the hell", let's put the 150 in a see what happens. 13.0's the rest of the night ( on a 200,000 mile 5.2 mind you). About 200 1/4 passes later ( with no ill effects) he decided it was time for a bigger ( and NEWER engine). The 5.2 now lives under the hood of a procharged SST. .......................Moral of this story is: don't be scared ( just make sure you're running 91-93 octane) AND more than likely you will have no problem at all.

p.s. we tried a 250 shot on it once, well actually twice, but it actually slowed it down ( stock dodge heads can't handle much over 400 horse).

well im just worried about me burning out through first gear hittin the button then boom truck kicks in tm and shifts to second and kills timing and at the same time i lay off and it tears soemthing up . so im think with towhual off a good street tune for hauling *** and all motor . with tm . then with tow hual on set up for spraying , more fuel coming in , no tm or anything anywhere and timing set accordingly . sound good ?

TM= Pulled timing= Good for N2O. You won't be able to spray it off the line. It'll just roast the tires. You'll probably have to wait until you're a truck or two out. A specific tune would be most ideal, but not really needed. Also, a wet kit is a much safer option as it adds fuel as well as the nitrous. You will definately end up running a larger shot after you feel the effects of the juice the 1st time you use it. With that said, remember that trannies, rears, and driveshafts break too. Don't overlook the "small" stuff or you're gonna be spending a lot of money. Start upgrading that stuff now and it'll save you a lot of hastle in the future.

Lot's of people claim to be fans of all motor. These people tend to be the ones who have never driven a blown, turbo'd, or nitrous vehicle. I was one of these people until I broke down a bought a blower. I will never, ever, even if I had to sell a kidney on the black-market, not have a power adder on my truck ever again. Not to mention, vehicles with power adders tend to be much more streetable than all motor vehicles of the same performance level.

If you've never driven a nitrous vehicle ( V8 preferably), then you have NO idea what you're missing. Instant power with the push of a button...."it's a good thing" ( martha stewart)....lol.

I prefer the "alway there" power of my procharger, but I quite enjoyed driving my cousins nitroused truck on occassion.

Anyhow, I mean no offense by this response, I just hope that you'll enjoy the benefits of the N20 ( and I know you will) as much as I do. And like I said....once you hit the button, you'll want more...GAURANTEED!!!

Only if it's obvious.....like holes in the tops of the pistons. Otherwise you could do a good enough job of making look incidental....

run higher octane gas, if it's a 100 shot or more, use a colder spark plug, i think they're NGK TR6's? i might be wrong, but i think that's them. I wouldn't suggest going over a 150 shot though. I ran the same kit on my truck on a 205,000 mile jeep and it handled it great, just make sure everything is hooked up right and you don't get all fuel no nitrous, or even worse, all nitrous no fuel. I've been running the 75 shot only b/c i'm on stock spark plugs, but as soon as i change em out, definetly going to the 100 and then probably 125 pills
