New truck with 243's???

Hey guys I'm picking up my new truck right now at the dealer (GMC Sierra RCSB 5.3L-6L80E and I just saw in the head casting 243! Is that the normal way they come or what's the deal? Is that good or bad??

Yeah the gen IV 5.3s come with 243s
