Default New Track TImes

Well went to the track tonight w/ my new muffler, new intake, 160 stat, and the 150 Shot and ran a 13.14@103.5 and a 1.9 60 Ft time. i think when i get my slicks and dop a 150 pounds of extra crap on the truck i can see a 12.80 not bad for a little 4.8 only 5 tenths and i'll have the fastest 4.8

Thats awesome! Congrats!

Have you done any fuel system mods to run the 150 shot? I'm currently running a 100 shot and kinda leary about running anything higher without looking into a higher output fuel pump and/or injectors.

no no fuel system upgrades but i was running 3 gallons of 110 octane and 6 of 93 so i was probably running about 99 octane or maybe a little less, and i wasn't getting any detonation at all it was just movin pretty damn quick sad thing is i hook up better w/ the 150 shot than w/ the 125 because my weight transfer is alot better w/ the 150 so that helped the times alot. next thing i'm getting is gonna be the slicks that i'm gonna get an eaton w/ 3.90's and maybe even port and polish the heads i think i'd be interesting to have a low 12 4.8L
