been talking with LPP about truck headers for a while now. They are going to be 1 5/8 primary, 3" collector and a 3" Y for around 600 bucks. Allegedly going to be on the market after the 1st of the year.

1 5/8 will be nice for the 4.8 and 5.3 but too small for the 6.0 IMO. the 3" Y may be a bit too much. Actually, come to think of it maybe the 1 5/8 and 3" Y would be nice for the 6.0. Smaller primaries to keep the velocity up for lowend torque and 3" pipe for wide open max flow. hmm...

Already sent an Email and got a reply. I just wished people would make the pipes off the headers like the OBX are for the 6.0. I would run them but I would be super pissed if they didn't fit.

Why don't you just get the OBX and be done with it. Having held pacesetter, dynas, and OBX in hand the dynas and OBX are much nicer than the Pacesetter. The OBX and Dynas are of equal quality but the OBX have nicer welds. The dynas have cats of course. OBX is like a $1200 header set for $500. No brainer if it fits.

IF IT FITS, ding ding ding we have a winner. No one has seemed to find a fix for them fitting. I will be damned if I am going to take a hammer to a brand new set of headers either.

I don't know what you're talking about, the OBX fits the 1500HD, another member had them here. Trust me when I say you cannot beat those headers for $500. The Pacesetters don't even compare to them. In fact I sold my set for $385, the buyer got the deal of the century. Fitment issues are with the 99s, 2000s. Frame variances on more or less.
