Default new setup but problems...

i had a regular n/a setup boltons and cam...i added a walbro 255 pump and after install when getting to 3500 -4000 rpm it did like it was redlining but it advanced to higher rpm...now i changed the cam and added 65lb injectors and a procharger setup and now it does it more...now it stays there and wont advance ..( at wot only) we think its a fuel pressure problem or anyone got an idea what it could be? and when that happens a/f shows 18 and 19
