Stock rockers are roller type already. You can up the ratio, but if you're getting a cam, get it the way you want it instead of getting the larger ratio rockers.

Roller rockers are alright I had a set and am trying to get rid of them they made a little power difference on the stock cam and are stronger but they make more noise and you have to set them up just right.

Thats why a non adjustable rocker is the best way to go. You dont have to worry about adjusting them all the dam time. Or worry about them getting out of adjustment. Those dam posi-locks are a pain in the ***! Yes a non adjustable rocker has a higher price tag. But the ease of installation and maintaining them that comes with that tag is worth it in my book.

I have a set of Jesel Shaft mounts too that are brand new and I dont know if Im going to install them yet cause I havent made up my mind how long the cam is going to stay in my 418 yet. I seriously thinkin of going solid after a conversation I ahd with mjhoward last night and I would need adjustable rockers. The stock rockers are fine and all but high rpm, high lift, and a solid roller cam lobe will be murder on a stock rocker.

Virgil if I were you I would keep the stockers and get the exact cam you want and be done with it.

If your are even considering a 1.8 rocker just get a bigger cam.
