Default new plugs??

im sure this has been asked a million times already but i have 85k now and figure i should get some new plugs. i wont be needing colder ones quite yet as no nitrous in the future but was are some close heat range good economical spark plugs? also, do they come gapped? if not what gap do they need to be at? not to sound too much of a noob but to replace them i just disconnect the wire and ratchet them out correct?

NGK TR55's are a good bet. Cheap too. I had to gap my last set when I bought them. Steps you outlined are right. Simple swap and go deal.
