has anyone seen, heard of, or know anyting about the new superchrger from magnachger it's a twin screew design that rplace your manifold alot like the lighting's looks cool and ligfelter is installing them on vetts right now

 

There was an article in Chevy High Performance a couple of issues ago where Lingenfelter installed a Magna Charger and ls6 heads I think on a scsb silverado and got it to go high 12's...

 

i read that artical too but that was the first design charger it sat next to and fed the manifold much like the whipple but this new design is the manifold

 

I remember seeing one of those in Streetrucks I think. I do not think it puts out any more horsepower or anything, I think it is just for looks. I maybe wrong though.

 

it does make about the same power as most chargers but like others pullys can be changed the articul i saw said it was less paricitic(robbed less power in its operation)

 

Magnacharger will have there new sc out mid to late summer. it is an M120roots, like the lightning, it is also going to come with an intercooler,high flow waterpump, and will mount like the Lightning, replacing the whole intake manifold. I have the M90s/c, which is a side mount roots s/c. the one that Magnacharger currently offers. I love it, and it was a short install, 4 hours with me and my friend. Im in the process of making an intercooler for it. Im trying to push the efficency of it, plus pick up some hp.
