hell, i never even saw that kooks made a truck header much less a truck y pipe????

im still confused on where the arh collectors are so much better than the kooks they look the exact same to me.

how much are the arh headers. the kooks 1 7/8 stepped to 2 with a 3.5 collector was 983 shipped. where does a compatible arh header fall in the price range?

and more importantly, has anyone here run that big of an arh header on a truck?

answered my own question. the same sponsor that sold me my kooks 1 7/8 stepped to 2" with a 3.5" collector for $983 shipped sells the ARH 1 7/8 stepped to 2" with a 3.5" collector for $1,135.25 shipped

both stainless, both stepped the same, both having the same collectors (from what i can see in the pictures)

there has to be a difference????

Yup they do make headers for our trucks, but I had to call Kook's to get the part number. I was going to surprise you guys. After dealing with ARH and them wanting to sell me the 1 7/8 headers with catless mid pipes for $1395, I said forget it. I bought the Kook's from one of our sponsors for considerably less and I have no doubt the quality is the same. Heck. when I called Kook's for the part number it was comforting to know George Kook Jr. himself picked up the phone and without any pressure, answered all my questions. I couldn't have been more pleased with the time he took with me on the phone and the fact he gave me time to breathe while talking. This really means a lot to me when shopping for a product. It was like talking to the "Richard@WCCH" of headers Now we just have to see how these buggers fit

You probably could have gotten the Kook's cheaper Stew had you ordered before March 1st. They had a 5% materials price increase. (I just beat the deadline for my set) So take your $983 you spent, give yourself a 5% discount = 933 shipped.

Now take 1135.25 - 933.85 and that makes for a $201.40 price difference between the two.

Damn, you were gonna get ripped off on those arh's....I paid significantly less than that for mine.
