Default New keepers needed with Z06 springs?

I'm pretty sure about getting the comp cams 212/218 low lift cam, and I'm planning on using the Z06 springs. Can I use the stock retainers from my 4.8, or do I need new ones.

use your stock ones. That's what most people do.

I used my stock retainers and locks with my yellow LS6 springs.
