Default New Headers Installed

I put the new Pacesetter headers and y-pipe on my truck last night. They went on very well and the fitment is perfect. The y-pipe has no cats but has holes in it for the rear O2s. The Sound with no cats is great. I have single 3in pipe after the y-pipe to a 40 flow. The SOTP feel is very good. I put the sensors back in and hooked them up because I have no O2 sims or a custom tune yet. I thought I would just drive with the SES light on but it never came on. I drove the truck for 45 min and still no light. Anyone know why this is?

ses light doesn't always come on when you remove cats. I drove my truck for 2000 miles and 4 months without cats or a custom tune, and never did it throw a code. Just depends on the truck I guess.

Do you have any pictures? I'd like to see the y-pipe.

I bought the 02 sims because I thought the y-pipe didnt have the rear 02 bungs. I hooked everything back up. and it works. I'm saving up for a tune and going to delete EGR when I do. But I just clamped my y-pipe on. How did you do yours?

i cut my cats off and supposedly had a tune that was going to disable the rear o2 sensors. about 2500 miles later, guess what pops up on my dash. i have deleted it with the predaturd but it keeps coming back.
