I love hte sond of Flows but I think there more hp in other systems. I dunno if I like magnaflow. Does SLP make a kit? Thx guys!

I believe that SLP does make a kit, but it's not cheap. There is a link to SLP over on the right side of the screen.>>>>>>>>

probably about 10rwhp up top from the k&n.
theres tons of cat-backs. check the sponsors and you'll see a bunch. If you wanna go cheaper, just find you a muffler that you like and go get a muffler shop to weld it up for you. I wouldn't go with a flow master, do many bad stories.

Sounds godo but tere no performance like wat I want lol. So lol. Either SLP...if I really wnan save. Or a simple Gibson. Now wats this Nelson tune everyone talks about? Is it like a chip or wat?

My butt dyno says Gibson cat back ( around $300 if you shop around ) and Volant cold air intake ( around $220 shopping ) got me the best gains. The new vehicles are all sealed computer controlled, no accessible chips. BUT you can gain easy access to the programming using hand-held controllers. Hypertech ( $200 shopping ) is on mine and made the best overall gains in combo with the CAI and exhaust. Headers will also give you some boost but more likely at upper RPM's. The 4.8L is lacking most at low RPM torque.
Congrats on the Silvo and welcome to the site! Lots of great info here.

The FIPK2 shouldnt be bought for any real HP gains! The last time I dynoed I took the filter offmy FIPK2 and gained 2rwhp! The guy that owns the shop I dyno at and who works on my truck dynoed his truck (01 5.3 RC) with stock and then with FIPK2 and he saw 0 hp gains. Although thsi wasnt going 50+ down the freeway it was with a huge fan blowing into the grill! The reason I bought the FIPK2 was just for looks! If you want to do a good mod without going crazy like with n20 or a turbo then get a custom tune from Nelson Performance you should see a 20+ rwhp gain and your truck will drive completely different! HE is a sponser so check him out on the right side of the screen! Dont get a handheld and most on this site will tell you the same! Good Luck!
