well looks like i will be getting a rcsb to swap all my go fast parts on and its time to redo the exhaust. im getting sick of the tone from my aerochamber, i want my quiet back for cruising. here is what im thinking.
cammed lq4, 243 heads, radix 122hh 2.8 pulley with rest of mods in sig.
pacesetter lt with v-bands on the collectors to 3" cutouts about 2-3" after collectors, 3" ran to factory Y where i will be running 3.5" to a stock d-max muffler then dumped over the axle.
how does that sound? is there a set distance a cutout should be away from wb, and/or o2 sensors?
should i stick with a single 3" cutout right after the Y pipe or do duals?
im looking for quiet when im cruising but able to scream with the push of a button. i also want to get the most out of my set-up.

after hearing what alot of guys have said about cutout placement i would just put the cutout after the y-pipe, not only to save money only having to buy one cutout but also so you dont risk throwing your fuel trims off by having an open cutout so close to the fron O2s. other than that it sounds good, id probably go with a 22" case magnaflow or something rather than a diesel muffler but thats just me.

my hooker aerochamber is pretty quiet right now but i think i want more of the stock sound. i have LT and no cats so i should get some sort of tone out of it i would think. im getting the muffler for nothing so i figured i would try it, if it doesnt work out ill look into something else that is super quiet.
