Default Need some help

I was calling around today and found am 04 lq9 that came out of a Denalli with about 45k miles on it for $1900.00. I also found a 4l80e tranny, with 20k on it, for $850.00. I plan to put this combo into my 2000 1/2 ton ecsb GMC in place of the 4.8.
My question is do ya'll think this is a descent price and will the 4l80 replace the 4l60 with no modifications. I also plan to install a pretty good size cam, replace the rod bolts, and do a little head work to the Lq9 along with around a 3k stall on the new tranny. How much more work do I have to do to this tranny to make it solid and reliable to handle around 425 rwhp? I have read on here that some of ya'll are using Vette servo's, but will I need them on a 4l80?
If I order this combo, what are some identifying marks or numbers I should look for to be sure it is what they say it is. Again I am new to the Gen III engines and appreciate all the help.
Thanks

*****! Had I waited another year, that'd be in my C10. Some may say the mileage is a little high for the money, but I'd take a chance on it. If the motor's out already, may be easier to inspect things, but I would like to hear it running if possible. As for the 4L80E, I've heard these will take the power you're looking for MUCH better than the 4L60E would... in stock trim. However, why not go with getting a reputable builder to enhance it while it's out of the truck.

I think that's a descent find. Look into it further. Might be a gem. Hope you get more than just the motor (like complete with accessories, harness, & PCM). That would truly be a nice buy.

Yeah, if I get the 80, what all do I need to get done to it? The other option on the tranny would be one that is built by Finish Line or such. I will only get the engine if it has everything, harness, pcm, driven acessories, and pedal assy. for the dbw throttle body. Damn, did it sound like I am starting to know what I'm talking about?
