Great advice being given! I have the vinci ultra tq 210/218 .584/.584 (with 1.8 rockers) 116lsa and love it for my extended cab, has tons of lowend power and pulls nicely up top, but being as you are 2,000lbs lighter I would go with the trucker 216/224 .551/.551 on 115 Lsa or the one mentioned above

How about something like Vengeance Racing's VRX2? It's got good duration and enough lift that I can still run PAC 1218's, sounds really good at idle, the power band is where I want it plus they say it "can" be used in mild supercharged applications.

As far as the supercharger goes, the way I think about it is if I an afford the TVS then I can afford a new cam. A member on 355nation (I believe he's a member here also) who used a Vengeance Racing VRSC-1 cam in his truck and made good numbers so I'd probably go that way when the time comes. I was just curious if I ran the 269LR if I could run a supercharger on it without any major power loss. That doesn't need to be taken into account as of right now.

Sorry if I'm all over the place here. I just want to make sure that I don't regret whatever cam I put in when it's all up and running.
