Default need massive help

I have a 2007 5.3 gmc quadcab my engine runs fine but my tranny temp reaches into the 200's I'm running roughly 33's on it would my tire size make the tranny run that hot?

what do you mean by in the 200's? 200-220 is pretty much normal.

get a bigger tranny cooler .. . our stock tranny cooler it ok .. get a tru cool 40K off ebay, and gets the job done'

where are you located and how are you reading your trans temp?
What mods have you done to the truck?We need more info man....

Normal operating temperature for late auto transmissions can vary from 180*-220*, depending on location/elevation and modifications to vehicle. I would be concerned with anything over 220 though. Just make sure you keep up on transmission maintenance and you will be OK. BTW, the size of your tires wouldn't affect the operating temperature, however, aggressive driving habits can.

That isn't massive help LOL.. That is normal, if it is around 220ish.. Get your self a bigger trans cooler, you will be fine..
